Maintenance-Planner/Scheduler

Planning of work to be performed by the entire maintenance group, both building and production. Layout of all jobs including parts selection, labor time, material costs and specifying details of work to be performed. Data  entry into the Maximo computer system including work requests, parts info, preventative maintenance work orders, inventory data, work orders. Work closely with maintenance and production management to schedule and assign maintenance work of all types, including PM schedules and coordinating work schedules of shifts and technicians. Knowledge of MSOffice, PC’s, and the ability to work well with others, including assigning jobs and correcting errors, and communicating technical ideas and goals as well as attention to detail, are must have skills. Other duties include working with outside vendors, trainers and contractors, assorted clerical chores, filling in for maintenance technicians during their vacation time and other absences, assist  and support maintenance management.
